JOB SUMMARY:
The District Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving the sales and profitability goals of the company through an effective management of the sales force, conceptualization, planning and implementation of marketing program aimed to further develop new customers while maintaining what we have.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Male only
- Must be a college graduate of any 4 years Business course
- With at least 3-5 years of sales supervisory experience gained from any FMCG companies
- Proven track record in sales and possesses strong leadership qualities and a result oriented
- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry and experience in implementing sales promotions are a plus factor
- Familiar in the said areas is a must
